How do I get a quotation?
Every artwork is unique, so we provide a custom quotation after finalizing all project details, including artwork size, design, customization, framing (if required), and shipping destination. This ensures you receive an accurate and transparent price.
What are your payment terms?
To begin production, we require a 20% advance payment. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery, depending on the agreed shipping method and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. By default, all international and outside Karachi orders are delivered rolled in a protective tube for maximum safety during transit. If you require your artwork to be delivered stretched or ready to hang, we can arrange it upon request with an updated quotation.
How are deliveries handled within Karachi?
For customers in Karachi, artworks are delivered as-is (stretched and ready to display). This ensures your artwork arrives in its original presentation without the need for additional setup.
Do you provide framing services?
Yes, framing is available as an optional add-on. Since framing requirements vary by artwork size and style, framing costs are quoted separately and added to your final quotation.
